Once your return is complete you will have 3 final steps.  Click File, Step 1 will be the invoicing and payment screen for your tax preparation.  Step 2 will be the designation for your tax refunds, or taxes due.  Step 3 will have you pick how you want to file your taxes.  You can choose to electronically file, in which case you will directed on how to electronically sign the returns.  Alternately you may choose to mail file your returns in which case you will be given the option to download and print them.
