I was married February 23.I have not legally changed my name at the SS office. I was planning to go Monday. Should I file my taxes before or after I visit the SS office?

Once the SSA changes it, it will take a little while for that change to make it to the IRS. I would wait a week or so.

Just a reminder that you cannot file as Married for 2218.
