Once the Business edition is installed on my computer can I access it from my phone?

No. TurboTax Business---or any other version of desktop software---is only on your own hard drive. You cannot access programs that are on your hard drive from a phone. You do not "log in" online--you have to sit right there at the keyboard to use the program.
