Once I pay my taxes will it show on the app?

No, your TurboTax account will not update to show your taxes are paid.  TurboTax has no connection to the IRS or State to update that kind of information.  Your account will still show the amount due but that is OK.  You can check your taxes were paid by checking your bank account or credit card statement, depending on how you paid.
