On state taxs, it shows my business income of 6300 that came from misc 1099. It asks "how much of this amount qualifies as business income? Do I put the same amount?

Yes, if you earned the income reported on Form 1099-MISC in the state where this question appears, you would enter the entire amount of business income for that state.
