On my1099 DIV and INT, no federal tax withheld. Review stops e filing says withholding is present (on form it is 0) and wants a payer TIN (doesn't exist) What do I do?

This "missing information" did not come up until I tried to e file.

Delete the forms and report the interest and dividends again entering only the name of the payer and the amount of interest and dividends and nothing else.
