On my w-2 I do not have an Employer's state ID number. I am not sure what I am supposed to put there if this is the case?

I am active-duty military and overseas.

If there are no state income taxes withheld in box 17 of the W-2 then leave boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank (empty) when entering your W-2.
