On my bank transcripts, it shows that Fed payment is PENDING. I wrote a check and mailed it and sent it in with my returns due to my FED being rejected! HELP!

Pending means that your payment is in the process of being deducted from your bank account. it will shoe up on your statement in about 24 hours.

I sent a check for that amount in the mail. so I'm I going to be charge double?!?!

the large amount from u s treas tax pymnt is your check. The other is a service fee from L2g, whatever that is. you might inquire to your credit about that.
