On my 1099-NEC, my Payer's Federal ID number is Listed as a TIN, not an EIN. Do I Fill out the Payer's EIN with their TIN number? Or can I find the Payer's EIN elsewhere?

I don't have ANY option BUT to fill this out under an EIN, I want to make sure I'm doing this right.

Yes, they are all identifying numbers for the IRS.

Either will work, use the number they supplied to you.

EIN, ITIN, TIN, and Payer's ID
