On March 25, 2017 I paid $94.08 order number TTWQP1034741347 for my taxes. Went to access my return today and it is telling me I need to pay to access my information.

If you have filed your tax return and are signing onto your online account using the exact same user ID you used to create, complete and file your 2016 tax return then you land on the Welcome Home screen.  Click on the blue link - Download/print return

If you have not filed your tax return and land on the Welcome Home screen, click on My TurboTax at the top left of the program screen.  On the 2016 Timeline under the section Some things you can do:  Click on Add a state (you will not actually be adding a state).  This will take you to the 2016 tax return where you can make any changes to the tax return that you have not filed.

There is nothing on the welcome screen allowing me to print or download documents.  It is telling me I NEED TO PAY BEFORE IT WILL ALLOW ME.  I ave paid for the services as mentioned above.  It will only allow me to start my 2016 taxes that are complete.

Then you are not signing onto your online account using the exact same user ID that you used to create the account where you paid the TurboTax account fees.

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one).  Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery</a>

If none of the user ID's received will access your 2016 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
