On efile page, no verification action as refereed to. Transmit button does nothing. Help!

On efile page, no verification action as refereed to. Transmit button does nothing. Help!

This is probably due to a CAPTCHA not appearing, where you typically check mark "I am not a robot."

  1. Log out and clear your browser Internet cache.
  2. Close the browser and reopen it.
  3. Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the CAPTCHA will appear.
  4. Log in and try again.

If that doesn't work, see if a different browser than you were using, with cookies allowed will solve it.
