On a 1040 where do I locate exemptions? i was told line 6d but I do not have a line as such..

Line 6d is for 2017 and earlier 1040 tax returns.

Personal exemptions will not be found anywhere on a 2018 tax return because Congress eliminated personal exemptions as part of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) for the 2018-2015 tax years.
