Can I use more than one credit card to pay my federal taxes?

I do not think you can in TurboTax, but you can make multiple payments on the IRS website https://directpay.irs.gov/directpay/payment?execution=e1s1

Can I file with out paying through Turbo Tax. I will pay through the irs.gov site

Yes, you would need to pay TurboTax for the product, but you can choose "Mail my check" and then just pay on the IRS website for your taxes due.
