Ok if I filed my taxes, once it’s “accepted” will the IRS automatically deduct the money I owe from my bank info I provided or do I still need to pay online somewhere?

If you entered a bank routing and account number for direct debit from your account for the the federal taxes owed, the IRS will debit your account on the date you selected.  The bank information was sent with your 2021 federal tax return that you filed.
