OID not downloadin

When downloading OID from UBS automatically, I found that OID states did not populate TurboTax. Only dollars came over from UBS. I had to manually review 36 OID transactions and compare and change OID States. Was a long project.  By going through the manual process, it changed my state tax obligation. I do not understand why the state info cannot transfer.
