WHEN WILL THE OHIO RETURN BE ABLE TO PRINT? IT STATES IT'S NOT AVAILABLE YET? I DON'T KNOW WHY THANK YOU

ACCORDING TO THE TAX LIST YOU SENT IT SAID IT'S AVAILABLE FOR PRINTING BUT WHEN I GO TO PRINT IT IT STATES OHIO RETURN IS UNAVAILABLE TO PRINT AT THIS TIME STILL. IF I REMOVE OHIO, CAN I REINSTALL IT FOR FREE OR WILL IT MAKE ME PAY FOR IT? I DID UNINSTALL THE WHOLE PROGRAM TT DELUXE AND INSTALLED IT AGAIN BUT THAT DIDN'T HELP.
