We do business in in Santa Clara county, CA we received the extension because we live in a disaster area. With 10/16 coming quickly, are we able to file another extension

Sorry to say but there is only one extension until 10/16. To mitigate possible penalties I recommend filing a tax return to the best of your ability by the extension date. Afterwards, as quickly as possible amend the tax return with precision.

Unfortunately there are no second extensions. If you can't file by October 16, you just have to file late.
