I e-filed my federal return, it was accepted and my refund already was deposited. Now my NY return has been rejected 3 times… The error is failure to check the e-file declaration box for my spouse. This box does not show up anywhere on turbo tax. I have called and gone over this 4 times and over an hour at least 3 of those calls. Still nobody can tell me why it’s rejected and now you’re telling me to mail in my return. I paid 40 dollars to e- file… your turbo tax software doesn’t have the necessary information or”box” that is causing the problem. I want a refund for the state taxes so I can use another company. Not one of your representatives has been able to help me and yet i have received surveys asking how well they have done. I don’t think you want me to fill those out . What am i supposed to do now?
