This is a user community forum.   You'll need to explain your situation.  Otherwise no one will know what you are talking about and will have to start guessing.

You appear to be using Online Premier.   Have you already paid and filed a return?   What do you mean by being charged again?

Did you choose to pay your fees out of your Federal refund, and now TurboTax is wanting to be paid?  Has your Federal refund been delayed, and did you get emailed a bill?

Or did you buy desktop software (CD/download), but used Online TurboTax by mistake?

Now you charging me again?

Oh, my.  I just now see you have started 3 threads on this issue.  And as you can see, multiple threads leads to confusion and redundancy.

See the detailed answer VolvoGirl left for you in your other thread:

If you initially chose to pay the TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if TurboTax auto-debited your bank account for its fees because your Federal refund was delayed, and if it resulted in an overdraft fee (non-sufficient funds), there is an appeals process.  You can phone TurboTax at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit” to be routed to the correct department.
