I have been unable to transmit my returns. Shows it is always been cancelled due to a technical hiccup.

If you select the Transmit Returns Now button, and it doesn't seem to be working, the most likely source of the problem is “cookies,” little pieces of code that are sent to your browser so we can personalize your experience.

cleared cookies to no avail. uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. , spoke to the help desk Saturday and they said there was a east coast problem. I also cannot download my free Ct return. Has the problem been fixed?

My return will not transmit. Say that I need updates. I did update and still stating I need update
