    Then enter your W-2 in the Wages & Income section of the TurboTax program.

    Not sure why you are posting a statement about that.  What is your question?  Do you need help with where or how to enter a W-2 if you are/were an employee?

    Did the company take out any deductions or taxes like Social Security or Medicare?  Or did you get a 1099NEC  or 1099MISC from them?  If you got a 1099 or got paid cash then they probably paid you as an independent contractor which means you were self employed for it.  Ask the company if you did not get a W2.
