not satisfied with live help I got

I was struggling with my schedule E and thought it would be worth paying to get help from an expert. But turned out the "expert" I connected to just read what was on the screen and getting her understanding as I was doing the same. 

Is that called expert help? where do I need to talk to about this issue and get a refund for the premier filing fee?

any help would be appreciated.
