not getting reset password email
can't access my account because apparently, i've forgotten my passowrd.
can't reset my password, because when i try, i don't receive the email.
the email address is legit, and i get daily turbo tax emails. yes, i've checked blocked/safe sender lists, junk mail, etc etc.
i've tried everything several times, and have waited....
turbo tax website is throwing me in a loop, where i can't do anything without signing in and can't get my password reset, so i can't sign in.
