Not getting a reply to get a tax ID number that y'all prepared over the years why y'all can't do it fix the problem

Hello my name is Belinda [last name removed] y'all prepared my taxes over many years I'm having many problems getting in to get the IRS and now the deadline is here and y'all have my taxes information and verification and I'm not eligibility for a stimulant check because of a tax ID number that I believe y'all should be the one to fix. my taxes  due to the years they asked how come y'all cannot fix the simple problem that not understanding that you're supposed to be my preparation tax personfor me to be going through all this with the IRS out of no apparent reason and it used to be so simple now he's got to be so hard to file

It's not clear what you need. A taxpayer Identification Number is your Social Security Number or ITIN if you have no SSN. If you have been affected by tax fraud, you need an Identity Protection Pin.

What's an Identity Protection PIN? The IP PIN is a six-digit number assigned to eligible taxpayers to help prevent the misuse of their Social Security number on fraudulent federal income tax returns. An IP PIN helps the IRS verify a taxpayer's identity and accept their electronic or paper tax return.

You must get the IP Pin from the IRS. TurboTax can't get it for you.
