My Northpointe home loan account previously connected to Mint, but now the connection has been broken for over a month. I keep getting a (106) error saying it can’t find my account, but everything is fine on the bank’s end.

Seanc06,
I have no idea why it won't connect, but I suggest you simply manually enter the 1098-T info for your mortgage and move forward. That form has only a few numbers to enter, unlike, say, a brokerage account statement which may run many pages.
I don't understand what entering 1098-T information has to do with the fact that Mint can't update balances for mortgage loans from Northpointe Bank. You're correct that entering the 1098-T information manually in TURBOTAX is a simple workaround in the process of completing tax returns. But it has nothing to do with the issue reported; MINT hasn't been able to update account balances for loans serviced by Northpointe Bank FOR MONTHS. It is tiresome to get the error message every time Mint tries to update balances. AND frustrating not to have balance sheet / net worth information up to date.
I have the same issue; Northpointe Mortgage loan account is not updating in Mint. This has been the case for several months.
I chatted with Mint support today and they elevated this issue to engineering.
But it's still not clear why this thread that was initiated with a Mint issue is now in a TurboTax thread.
Same here, mine hasn't connected in roughly two months.
It would be best to reach out to the Mint support team here, so they can better assist you with this. @taxquestion16
