Nonresident Income Allocations

Good Afternoon,

I was working on my state taxes, which i work in nc and live in va. I did have 1099-NEC from Va business. on the Nonresident Income Allocations in NC, Would I have put the full amount even those it is not nc source under NC income while non-resident?

No. if the NEC was earned in Virginia, you do not include it as NC Nonresident Income.
