Non residents filed as Married joint filing

Can i file as married joint filing when both myself and my wife for the entire year in outside of usa?

Non residents filed as Married joint filing

Yes, even if you were married on the last day of the year, you would file as married.

 

However, as a non-resident you should file a 1040-NR.

TurboTax does not support Form 1040-NR
