Non residential real property

Can I use Turbo Tax Home and Business 2022 to depreciate non-residential real property? I have a rental property that is 50% residential and 50% commercial. The building was placed in service on a 27.5 and 39 year depreciation schedule in 2021 by a tax professional. I don't see an option in Home and Business to continue the 39 year schedule.

If you want two separate schedules in TurboTax, you will have to enter the property as two separate assets.
