I am Texas resident, I have a k1 own 25% shares of the business located in New Jersey, I am not work in there, should I need to file non-resident New Jersey tax return?

Yes. If you have New Jersey source income then they require that you file a return.

2025 New Jersey state return does not allow me to deduct up to $10,000 of contributions made during the year into an NJBEST account. Can TurboTax please fix this?
