Non-filer mistake

Used the non-filer portal to register checking account info for stimulus check, submittal approved. Then later my tax return for 2019 was finished with a refund and I can't e-file it now. IRS is not processing mailed returns or amended returns so how can I undo the non-filer submittal?

You will have to print and mail your return and wait for the IRS to start processing them.

Now I'm wondering if I have to file a 1040x first or wait a few weeks before sending in my tax forms to the IRS.
