Would I have to file married filing separately eventhough we live together, bc we have different addresses on our W2s? our state keeps being rejected and we are thinking its bc they dont think we liv

No, you are not obligated to file separately just because the W-2's have two addresses, and no, this should not cause the error with the state return.

If this is the first year you're filing as married, you may need to mail the return in. With all the security measures in place, if there are changes from last year, the return may not be accepted by e-file. 

Again, the fact that the W-2's have different address would not cause you to file separately.
