I am being asked to complete an form 8962 but I have more than one 1095-A do I add the amounts for the 1095-A together and enter them on the form 8962?

No, TurboTax has an area to add the additional 1095-A while in the program.  Once you finish entering the first 1095-A form, click the Add Another button to add another 1095-A form. See the TurboTax FAQ link below that explains how to enter Form 1095-A:
