No status bar

So I filed my taxes on Jan 22nd. They were accepted Jan 24th. Had no issues where is my refund was showing the bar/s all the way up until the 5th. I now dont have those bars and it shows a message about the PATH act because I claimed eic and ctc on my taxes this year like any other year. This is the firs time it tells me to check back mid to late Feb for the most up to date refund status but also just shows me the message about the path act. Is anyone else seeing this information? I've neve seen this message and I've filed many years using turbo tax and I made sure I had all info correct and even used deluxe edition this year. I just don't know if I'm the only one seeing this message instead of the bars or not

If you are getting EIC or child tax credit you are subject to the PATH act---don't stress over the "bars."   The IRS will not issue your refund until after the 15th of February due to the PATH act.
