No longer have MCC tax credit how to fill out form 8396

During the federal check in TurboTax it is asking for line 1 of form 8396. I no longer have a Mortgage Credit Certificate after refinancing, so what do I put in form 8396? I tried to update in that section and it shows $0. Can I delete this form?

Yes. Delete Form 8396.

1. Tap Tax Tools in the left column
2. Tap Tools
3. Select  Delete a Form in Tools Center
4. Scroll down to Form 8396 and delete
5. Click Continue With My Return in the lower right when you are finished
