Both my wife and I are self employed and each have our own Quickbooks self-employed online. Is there a way to import both accounts to Turbo Tax and file jointly?

No. Currently a single TurboTax account can only manage one QuickBooks Self-Employed data transfer to one Schedule C. You'll need to enter the data for the other Schedule Cs manually.
