NJ W2 Wage Adjustment DCB

Hey I was going through the NJ State Filing steps and got to a section that it saw Box 10 in me and my wife's W2 for Dependent Care. It put in my wife's Box 10 as an add-back but not mine. She works in NY. Is this only required for out-of-state W2s? I clearly have a Box 10 on my W2 so I don't know why TurboTax didn't add mine in as well automatically and I can't find anything that indicates there's a limitation for this only being for OOS W2s.
