Nj state tax

Turbo Tax will not let me finishing my state return. It’s says waiting for latest release from NJ. Any body else have this problem??

NJ forms are still finalizing which should be soon. Please check back tomorrow. TurboTax Online will update automatically while TurboTax desktop Win/Mac will need to be manually updated for you to file.

I do not understand what the difference is between Turbo State Tax online and Turbo State Windows

Turbo State Tax Online - means you are doing your return through the TurboTax website.  The software is not installed on your computer.

Turbo State Windows - means you installed TurboTax on your computer using a CD or download.

Thank You!! Can you help with the following questions? One, I cannot get any N J updates. Al\ways says Error. Also, I have Turbo Home & Business and I can not print out my New Jersey Tax Return. Any ideas?

Try getting the updates manually, using the instructions in this TurboTax Help article:  Manually Update TurboTax for Windows Software

What sort of problems are you having printing out your NJ tax return?  There are several ways to print in TurboTax Home & Business:

1. Click File (in the black bar at the top) > Print; OR
2. Press Ctrl +P; OR
3. Click the File tab and then Print/Save for Your Records.
