NJ State asking for a partnership that does not exist

I can't advance through the state software because the program asks for information about a partnership.  We never had a partnership.  And I can't find any way of getting out of this situation.

I talked to them for about 2.5 hours today with access to my screen.  She couldn't find why the software kept showing a partnership; it wasn't in the forms either.  I'm at a roadblock here.

Finally able to rectify by deleting the state section while keeping the federal, then restarting the state side of the return.
