This morning Mint offered to update my connection to my Chase accounts. However, upon completion of the update Mint no longer lists my auto loan under Loans. How do I reconnection my Chase auto loan?

New Chase connection update

Hi, I had the same issue with a different bank. I'm not sure if you have tried the below, but it worked for me.

-Go to Settings,

-Click on the little gear icon on the top right corner in the square of the financial institution that will not connect.

-Click Refresh.

I hope that helps.

New Chase connection update

the mint support page you are referencing directs people back to this page when searching for this issue.  I am having the same issue with several credit accounts and a bank account from chase disappearing.  I try to switch them to "active" and they are automatically turned back into "inactive".  @rjs

Same for me, I am trying the manual refresh method but I use the PC version and don't even see the account anymore?
