Never received free state return

Hi, I filed 3 tax returns with Turbo Tax and all of them charged me to file the nj state tax return. I never received an option for the 1 free one. Please help

If you used TT Desktop, State prep is free, but there is fee to efile state.

You got the software to prepare the state returns. The state e-file fee is charged for each one. You can avoid the state e-file fee if you print and mail the state return.
