NetXinvestor (pershing) unable to import 1099

Anybody else having problems with Netxinvestor (Pershing) importing their 1099C?  I've tried all Pershing entities, made sure that the financial institution number is correct.  I can clearly login to Pershing's  website with the same creditials and the 1099 info is available.

Neither turbo tax or Pershing are able to fix the problem, or even attempt to try and figure it out.
