needing some guidance

 I have used turbo tax for 20 years. its always worked just find till I tried to do my 2019 taxes. its telling me that form 4562 dep & amort. and schedule c profit/loss are not ready. i have updated my turbo tax 2019 many times and checked the website and they say they r available. Where do i need to send an email for help.

IF you are on a Windows system, try downloading and installing the 2019 Manual Update.  (use the Edge browser to download the file...not Chrome)

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the upade from the link in micro edge brower and it is telling me that I dont have turbo tax installed on my laptop which makes no sense. not sure why it can find it. I even tried opening my tax freurn on the desktop. Any other things to try??

FYI I did a manual update for 2018 and it worked perfectly. But not 2019. i can check for updates when 2019 is open but it always gives me the message that things r up to date. I am just confused and Flustrated.

Customer Support...I have no idea why it says 2019 isn't installed...If indeed you know it is..

Have you entered your Schedule C information already?  Are you using Turbo Tax Premier?  If you have not put in your Schedule C information the 4562 will not open.  I have Premier and I can see that this form is available.  If you have deluxe it may not be available.
