Hi,
I need to file my 2017 taxes. I realize I have to file paper copies because I waited too long. I usually have used the download version for 2018,2019, 2020 taxes, the one for business/personal taxes for self employed. Can I buy a turbotax CD from Amazon or Ebay to complete to process at least, and then print them out?
Thank you for your help.

Even if you can find 2017 software on eBay, etc. you will not be able to update it. And...it is too late to receive a refund for a 2017 return. That refund has been forfeited. But if you owe tax due it will still have to be paid, and later the IRS will bill you for penalties and interest.
You can use the paper forms to prepare the return by hand:

Thank you for your response. I found the software on Ebay. Can I use the software without updates? Its super helpful because it helps you go thru all the categories so you don't forget a deduction. I know I won't get a refund, I know I have to use paper copies, but do you think it would be ok to use the software?
It will not give you accurate results without updates. When the CD's are issued very early in the season they always need lots of updates. Using a 2017 CD without any updates is not going to give you a correct return to mail in.
