Delete the form from TurboTax and reenter it manually using your copy of the form. In the "Wages & Income" tab revisit the topic with the form you are having trouble with (Job W2, or Retirement for example). Use the "trashcan" icon on the line with the form to delete it.

The federal ID number allows the IRS computers to reconcile your return with the information the employer reported.
