What type of account did you have your 2018 or 2019 refund deposited into?

On the bottom of one of your unused checks, the routing number is the 9-digit number on the left.  Then your account number is the 10-digit number on the bottom middle of your check, starting just after the ":" .  If your problem is obtaining one of your checks 1) find some of your old checks, or 2) call the bank and tell about your situation.  After screening you, they will probably help you out by telling you what the 2 numbers are.
