I haven't filed in years. plus on top of all that I never received my tax returns from multiple jobs to file what do I need to do to get my return and file

you may need professional help. TT only goes back to 2016. you have provided no info on your income (type and amount)/ expenses, etc so maybe you don't have to file for some years. maybe in 2019, you didn't receive a w-2 becuase you were treated as an independent contractor. there are just too many unknowns for us to give you clear guidance.
