You are getting this message because you have a W-2 with the box for Statutory Employee as well as a 1099-NEC for self-employment income.  The easiest way to correct this is to go back through your W-2 and change the link to a new Schedule C, not the form associated with the 1099-NEC income.

To get back to your W-2 in TurboTax Online you can use the magnifying glass icon to search W-2 and use the Jump to link from the results.  Proceed through the information for the W-2 again to make the change.
