Need help with tax filing

We both husband & wife are 65+ ,green card holder,Both get medical, No USA income,overseas pension for husband only (less then $25 K).

Do we need to file taxes?

Please advice.

If your total income is under the filing requirement, you don't have to file a tax return.  The federal filing requirement depends on your filing status, your age, and your income.
