Need Help: Sent Form 3520 via USPS now I can't E-File 1040

Per guidance in a few places including this forum, I mailed my Form 3520 vis USPS, since it is required for foreign inheritance over a certain amount.

Form 3520 is not in my TurboTax file, however I do have a Form 8938, and in Part IV "Excepted Specified Financial Assets"  I've entered that I've submitted one Form 3520 (This was mailed via USPS).  Unfortunately TurboTax is telling me I can't E-File because I have a Form 3520!

I'm fairly sure that on Form 8938 I need to specify that a Form 3520 has been submitted.

Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong here?

Thank you for the help

DO NOT USE TURBOTAX if you need to file Form 8938 with Form 3520 and etc.

I wasted my 4hrs of time trying to get this bug fixed and they don't want to admit this is a bug.

Turbotax thinks that Form 3520 should be filed with income tax return, Form 1040. And then it triggers the error saying you cannot eFile because you have Form 3520. However, Form 3520 is not included in Turbotax and you must file this form to a specific address specified in Form 3520 instruction. You don't file Form 3520 with income tax return and the form must be mailed to a different address from From 1040, as my tax lawyer also told me. Customer service insists that I must mail Form 3520 with Form 1040, therefore there is no bug in Turbotax. I need to manually mail my whole tax return when I was supposed to be able to eFile. I will never use Turbotax again!!!!

Considering Turbotax is not willing or capable to solve this bug, have you tried efiling with a different software? Debating on cutting my loses (money spent on Turbotax) and buying TaxAct, or other software, as well so I can efile. And then just start using that software from now on for the next years instead of Turbotax.
