This is mainly a user community forum, but we may be able to suggest something. You didn't mention what the problem is though. Do you just need to recover the user ID and/or password and regain access? If so, we can tell you how to use the Account Recovery tool. Many people even end up with multiple accounts without realizing it.
Or is there some other problem?
I have user name and password but it just sits and spins and will not open. I changed password a couple days ago and still will not open
Close your browser and reopen it.
Clear your browser Internet cache and any Intuit-related cookies.
Open a private browser window (private browsing aka incognito mode.)
Try to log in again.
If problem persists with the spinning circle, try a different browser.
